As we anticipate the completion of our new worship center, we look forward with great joy to our time of celebration with you, our church family and ministry friends who have walked alongside us through this unforgettable season.

As we dedicate our new church home with a three-day celebration of God’s great mercy and faithfulness to us!

The celebration will take place on Friday, July 13, Saturday, July 14, and Sunday, July 15.

We are very happy to announce the launch of a series of special gatherings that will happen about every 6 weeks, called EXPERIENCE. These exciting services are designed to give us time to freely experience the various ways that the Holy Spirit of God speaks and moves, without being hindered by the common restraints of time.

We believe that every believer should have the unique experiences of witnessing prophecy and healing, and spending time in extended sessions of corporate worship.

Each event will be centered on a specific theme; the emphasis of our first Experience night is on Prophecy. At Calvary Life we believe in the power of prophecy as one of the ways God speaks and moves among His people. As stated in Amos 3, “Indeed, the Sovereign Lord never does anything until he reveals his plans to his servants the prophets.” 

Prophecy is also a way that God confirms a call on someone’s life. For example, Paul exhorts Timothy, “Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecy spoken over you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you.”

We look forward with great anticipation to what God will do in and through us on this special evening as we take time to focus on His Spirit and His presence. Be sure to join us!!

More about our Guest Speaker: Jim Jorgensen 

Pastor Jim Jorgensen received his Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Studies from Valley Forge Christian College in 1981. He was licensed as a minister by the Assemblies of God in 1986 and then ordained through Antioch Churches & Ministries (formerly RCM) in 1992 and sent out for full time ministry through his local church. Since then he has been preaching in the United States and as a missionary abroad. 

He is best known for his prophetic ministry, and his meetings are known for the move of the Holy Spirit and the words of God that flow forth. Attendees come expecting! Pastor Jim’s time is divided between mission work in the Caribbean, Central/South America and a translocal traveling ministry in the United States.

In 1995, the Lord led Pastor Jim and Daphne to found Sound The Trumpet Ministries International, creating a mission’s door from the United States to the Dominican Republic and vice versa. Since then, the Lord has expanded the ministry to Puerto Rico, as well as to the nations of Spain, Bolivia, Mexico, Columbia, and Haiti.

STTMI is currently based in Albany, New York. In addition to an active trans-local ministry with churches and conferences in the United States and various nations, Pastor Jim and his team lead short-term mission teams that engage in humanitarian and evangelical projects: medical clinics, construction projects, youth outreaches, church ministry, disaster relief, food distribution, etc. STTMI works with the local churches and pastors, as together we build His dominion wherever He calls us. In this way, STTMI continues to be a “bridge building” ministry, bringing God’s word to the nations, and helping His children realize how their gifts can be used for His glory.

PULSE Membership classes are free of charge and open to everyone, but we ask that you register so we can provide you with class materials. Registration is available at the welcome desk before and after services. Commitment is not required, however, each attendee is encouraged to thoroughly review the information given and prayerfully consider membership.

Sunday will be a celebrated day in our history as a church, when we open our newly built worship center and resume services on our own land. We have waited for this day for more than a year, packing and setting up, then taking down and repacking our church, week after week. Finally, the wait is over.

Join us for this day of celebration as we rejoice in what God has done after all He’s brought us through. Come early so that you can take a tour and explore all the features of our new facility, including a fully-equipped cafe and full size gymnasium.

You don’t want to miss the worship service–our Calvary Life worship team will be joined by special musical guest, world-renowned pianist Adlan Cruz.

The building will open for the public at 9:30 am Sunday, May 6th. We hope to see you there!!!

Adlan was with us for our first building dedication when he blessed us with his music, which is an inspiring and unique blend of classical, jazz and global styles. You will be edified by his music; it speaks to the spirit without needing any words. 

A Little bit about Adlan’s story:

He was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on November 28. 1968. A small red toy piano, a gift from His mother Zoraida Cabrera and his father Leonardo Cruz was the perfect incentive this gifted three year old child needed to embrace the sweet instrument. With it, he was able to express an amazing range of emotions such as nostalgia, loneliness, joy and passion. In 1986 he graduated from the “Escuela Libre de Musica” and he went on to further his studies at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford in Connecticut. 

Today, Dr. Cruz is a concert pianist, a philanthropist, he produces and promotes his concerts and above all, he is a worshiper of the Living Loving God who bestowed such precious talents to his care. His music has broken every barrier of space, culture and time. The “Magic Hands” of the celebrated pianist, arranger, and composer have conquered the Nations of the world in a very short time.  Singapore, Malaysia, Norway, England, Finland,  Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Wales, France, Germany, South Africa, Curacao, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Brazil, Bolivia, Denmark, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Israel and Palestine are among some of the many nations who have recognized and enjoyed his amazing musical talent and his human integrity.
